Quality Assurance Hot Stuff Foods® quality assurance program focuses on three vital areas to ensure our customers receive safe, high quality food products. The first area is our own manufacturing plant. Our internal standards for quality and food safety are more stringent than any government requirements set forth by the USDA and FDA. The second area is the raw materials we use in our plant. Raw material shipments are subjected to product tests designed for each ingredient and how it will be used. If a shipment does not pass the tests, it is rejected.
The third area is the manufacturing plants of our suppliers and co-packers. Using a proprietary supplier audit form, we conduct on-site audits and apply the same strict guidelines we follow in our own plant before we approve a supplier as a Hot Stuff Foods® vendor.
Training To assure flawless operation of a food outlet, management teams are required to complete our extensive Operations and Management Training Program. Actual in-unit training is combined with concentrated course work to thoroughly familiarize managers with all aspects of operation and managment of the restaurant. The initial training course is continually reinforced through regular visits from our QUEST Business Advisor (QBAs) who visit your site every 21 business days. Hot Stuff Foods® brings this operational support to you at your outlet location. We will teach your staff how to run your business and how to grow by meeting the needs of your customers. Operational Support Hot Stuff Foods® helps improve operations every step of the way. From assisting with new store openings to providing continued business consulation, Hot Stuff Foods offers unrivaled operational support throughout the life of your franchise. Our system allows franchises to monitor everything from effective marketing to well-managed inventory and cleanliness while receiving continued help and advice from our QUEST Business Advisors (QBAs). Operators receive valuable consultations from Hot Stuff team members. Our QBAs visit your Hot Stuff franchise every 21 days to assist with operations, marketing and new product introductions. During the visit, the retailer and the QBA look at margins, current product offerings, marketing and merchandising and review the total business execution. The QBA acts as a business advisor for your franchise, giving you specific tips on how to improve operations or increase sales. Your QBA can also assess how your franchise is performing in comparison to others and provide successful marketing and merchandising advice to help you reach your sales goals.
With this program, each franchise has a side-by-side business partner to help ensure a successful operation. Our QBAs will work with you to manage your bottom line and look after the best interest of your franchise. This business partner model takes our commitment of "Creating Value...
